Return Policy

Shipping information:


Lighter items 130 pounds and below are sent by FedEx or UPS and delivered to your door or accessible area. A heavy or oversized shipment requires the use of a Less than truck load Carrier and is curbside delivery only.

LTL carrier drivers travel alone and may ask for your assistance in unloading the items from the rear of the truck to help prevent any damage to the merchandise. They are not allowed to go up stairs or into homes for liability reasons. A signature is required to establish proof of delivery.


Unexpected damage by carrier, concealed damage, or missing parts:


  • Email: sales@imwholesalers.com to let us know about the situation promptly as possible.

  • Most items will come with a toll-free number in the instruction booklet to call for missing parts or you may also email us. (Have instruction booklet handy if you call the number)

  • Depending on the circumstances the carrier may have to come back out to inspect or pick up the item-- please keep packaging.

  • Sometimes a photo or proof of damage may be needed.

  • All products come with warranties set by the manufacturers. As authorized distributors they are valid.

  • Intermountain Wholesalers (Corporate office)

  • Use a copy of your sales receipt or recognized invoice as a packing slip.


    Our Return Policy


    IMWHOLESALERS will accept return of merchandise within 30 days of reciete. We cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

    Returns must be accompanied by a copy of a sales receipt or recognized invoice, and items must be returned in new like condition and resalable with the original packaging and contents.


  • Initial shipping and handling charges are not refundable (applies to items listed as free ship as well) If item is sent back prepaid and in new like condition we do not charge the 20 percent restocking fee we will only minus the initial freight.

  • For merchandise returns that have not been shipped backed prepaid (applies to free shipping items as well), the initial and actual return shipping cost will be deducted from refund less 20 percent restocking fee.

  • Gift certificates cannot be refunded.

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of reciete.


    Instructions:

  • To return an item email sales@imholeslaers.com and request a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Merchandise will be inspected upon receipt and credit will be issued for merchandise that can be resold as new.

  • *Return of merchandise will not be accepted without prior consent and shipping instructions. Email: sales@imwholesalers.com Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer freight collect.
